The Prince George’s County Government is seeking an experienced and dynamic Strategic Planning Consultant to support the final stages of its agency-wide strategic plan and guide implementation and evaluation efforts.

We are looking for a professional who can deliver expert, collaborative, and results-driven facilitation while aligning with our core values of culture, communication, and continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in strategic planning and facilitation, preferably within government or human services
• Strong stakeholder engagement and group facilitation skills
• Experience developing implementation frameworks and performance metrics
• Ability to lead diverse groups and build consensus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

We are seeking a consultant/professional who is:

• Strategic and data-driven

• Experienced in public sector environments
• Skilled in translating vision into actionable results

This is a contract-based opportunity. Candidates must be available to facilitate in-person and/or hybrid sessions as needed.
