This position is located in Emmitsburg, Maryland, within the National Fire and Emergency Medical Services Division. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess experience leading teams while managing a wide range of program planning and project management responsibilities.

- Planning, implementation, monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of fire prevention, community risk reduction, and public education, including national-level and/or large-scale outreach initiatives;
- Developing plans and deliverables for fire prevention, community risk reduction, and preparedness activities for the public; AND
- Managing complex, multi-faceted programs and supervising employees
