Senior Lead For IDIQ Contract Management

The Cisco Program Management Office (CPMO) provides centralized oversight and governance for Strategic Agreements supporting the U.S. Federal Government and Department of Defense. As a vital part of our U.S. Federal Programs, the team ensures the successful implementation and sustainment of complex enterprise-level contracts. You will join a collaborative environment that includes Task Order Program Managers, Financial Analysts, and functional leads working toward a unified mission.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the contractual framework for large-scale DoD initiatives while working at the intersection of technology and government strategy. Our culture promotes accountability, transparency, and a dedicated focus on the mission of our customers.

Serve as the senior lead for IDIQ contract management and the second-in-command for the Program Management Office. Administer the governance and contractual integrity of large-scale DoD-wide Strategic Agreements to ensure full compliance with Federal regulations. Lead contract modifications, negotiations, and audit readiness activities to protect the health of a complex, multi-year portfolio. Provide executive leadership across the CPMO by acting on behalf of the Director and facilitating coordination among cross-functional business organizations.

Drive operational excellence by establishing standardized processes that support decentralized ordering activities and improve overall program efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Contract Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of contract management experience specifically supporting U.S. Federal Government customers.
  • Experience administering large-scale Federal Government contracts, such as IDIQs or Enterprise Agreements.
  • Working knowledge of Federal acquisition processes and compliance frameworks, including FAR, DFARS, NIST, and FedRAMP.
  • Active U.S. Secret security clearance (or higher) and U.S. Citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a senior-level deputy or management role.
  • Experience navigating and operating effectively within a highly matrixed enterprise technology environment.
  • Strong business and financial acumen applied to contract health and portfolio forecasting.
  • Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and maintain relationships with senior government stakeholders, including Contracting Officers and CORs.
  • Excellent executive presence and professional communication skills.
