Kiddos Playplace is a Family Entertainment Center designed for kids and families to explore, play, make memories, and enjoy time together! Our mission is to provide a fun, safe, clean, and joy-filled space where families come together to laugh, connect, and create memories that last. Whether you’re embarking on an adventure in our mega play structure, racking up a high score and winning prizes in the arcade, enjoying our food offerings at Kiddos Cafe or kicking back in our parent’s lounge, Kiddos Playplace is where family fun takes center stage!

As a Kiddos Crew Member, you’ll be at the heart of creating fun, safe, and positive experiences for children and families. Crew Members are energetic, friendly, and reliable team players who thrive in a lively (and sometimes loud!) environment. You’ll interact with kids and parents, encourage safe play, resolve conflicts when needed, and keep Kiddos Playplace clean and organized. You’ll also play a key role in hosting unforgettable birthday parties—making the birthday child feel like the star of the day while keeping the celebration stress‑free for parents.

From welcoming guests and leading activities to serving food and cake, you’ll help create special moments that families will cherish.

• Deliver outstanding customer service with a smile, positive energy and a friendly attitude.
• Interact positively with children and families, ensuring everyone feels welcome.
• Actively encourage safe play throughout the facility.
• Use problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills with patience and empathy.
• Maintain Kiddos Playplace’s high standards for cleanliness, including play areas, bathrooms, breakroom, and cafe spaces.
• Assist with daily operations such as admissions, party hosting, and cafe service as needed.
• Host birthday parties by:
  • Greeting and guiding party guests.
  • Engaging children in fun activities, games, and keeping the energy positive.
  • Serving food and cake while making the birthday child the star of the celebration.
  • Taking full ownership of party flow so parents can relax and focus on enjoying their child’s big day.
  • Keeping the party organized, on track, and running on time for a smooth, stress‑free experience.
• Work as part of a supportive team to create a fun, family‑friendly atmosphere.
Qualifications
• Friendly, energetic, and approachable personality.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to stay calm and helpful in a busy environment.
• Comfortable working in a loud, fast‑paced setting with children.
• Ability to show empathy, patience, and kindness when addressing customer needs.
• Basic problem‑solving skills and willingness to handle minor conflicts.
