Location: Conowingo Mobile Home Park
A regional youth development organization is seeking a Unit Leader for a live-on-site position at its sleepaway camp in Conowingo, Maryland. The ideal candidate will lead campers and staff through daily camp life while fostering leadership, belonging, and respect for the outdoors. Responsibilities include supervising activities, mentoring Unit Counselors, and ensuring a safe and inclusive environment. Candidates must be 21+ with relevant experience in youth leadership and possess CPR and First Aid certifications.
This seasonal role includes staff training and scheduled time off.
