A local youth organization in Conowingo, Maryland is seeking a Sleepaway Camp – Unit Leader to guide campers and counselors in daily activities at Camp Conowingo. In this seasonal role, you will create meaningful experiences, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for all campers. Applicants must be 21 or older with experience in youth leadership, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
This position includes paid training and requires living on-site for the camp duration.
