Pool Construction Crew Leader / Carpenter

Lothorian LLC seeks an experienced Pool Construction Crew Leader / Carpenter to supervise and work alongside a field crew on residential pool construction projects.

• Lead and supervise pool construction crew members on active job sites.
• Assign daily tasks and coordinate workflow to keep projects on schedule.
• Ensure work is completed according to project plans and company standards.
• Maintain a safe and organized job site while enforcing company safety policies.
• Communicate progress, issues, and material needs with project managers and office staff.
• Train and mentor crew members and assistants.

• Perform general construction tasks related to residential pool installation.
• Build and install wooden structures including forms, framing, decking, and other carpentry components.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials using hand and power tools.
• Assist with site preparation including excavation, grading, and layout.
• Install and assist with plumbing lines, equipment pads, and structural components.
• Set forms for concrete pours and assist with finishing work when needed.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment.
• Maintain and properly use construction tools and equipment.

• 3+ years of construction experience (pool construction preferred).
• Carpentry experience required (framing, form building, or deck construction).
• Previous crew leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings and measurements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 5 years.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
