Cost Estimator

We support DHS, DoD, HHS, Treasury, and other agencies with program management, engineering, facilities, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and acquisition support.

Position Summary

Develop cost estimates, ROMs, and support project budgeting. This position supports a Federal facilities engineering program and requires close coordination with Government stakeholders, contractors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop ROM estimates and detailed construction estimates.
• Review contractor pricing and cost proposals.
• Support budget planning and project controls.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years preparing construction cost estimates and IGCEs.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting Federal construction, engineering, or facilities programs preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting DHS, DoD, GSA, USACE, NAVFAC, or VA.
• Federal construction and facilities experience.

Security Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust/PIV credential.

Work Location

• Full-time onsite in Laurel, Maryland with limited travel as required.
