** Pay Range:** $84.16 - $90.64/hour

** What's the Job?*
* + Track construction progress and support schedule, cost, QA/QC, and general contractor management activities for a hyperscale data center project.

+ Monitor project milestones and identify potential schedule delays while ensuring quality standards are met.

+ Collaborate with Microsoft teams, contractors, and multiple stakeholders to drive successful project execution.

+ Review construction operations, resolve project issues, and maintain accurate progress tracking and reporting.

+ Support production efficiency, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced onsite environment.

** What's Needed?*
* + 10+ years of construction management experience, preferably supporting hyperscale data center projects.

+ Minimum 8+ years of experience tracking large-scale construction activities and project schedules.

+ Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality control, blueprints, and project documentation.

+ Excellent communication, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.

+  
** U.S. Citizenship is required.
** Experience with Bluebeam is preferred, and Primavera P6 experience is a plus.
