Superintendent – Masonry & Concrete Restoration
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee commercial restoration projects throughout the Washington, DC / Baltimore, MD area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in masonry and concrete restoration, waterproofing, sealants, coatings, and related building envelope work.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise crews, subcontractors, and day-to-day field operations
- Manage project schedules, safety, quality, and productivity
- Coordinate materials, equipment, client, and site logistics
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and scopes of work
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers, clients, and subcontractors
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial restoration
- Strong experience with masonry, concrete, waterproofing, sealants, coatings, and restoration
- Ability to manage multiple crews and projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- OSHA/Safety training is a plus
- Willingness to travel throughout the DC/Baltimore market
