Location: Seabrook Acres
Anchor Construction Corporation in the DMV region seeks an Estimator to support heavy civil projects across utilities, infrastructure, concrete and paving. You will prepare takeoffs, review plans, develop bids with HCSS Heavy Bid, solicit subcontractor pricing, and help win competitive projects while coordinating with clients and vendors.
Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in estimating, strong Excel/Word skills, and a civil engineering or related background.
