Associate Photographers are responsible for the media collection for  and  Equipped with a top‑of‑the‑line Pro 3 Matterport, digital camera equipment and an iPad, we create virtual tours, floor plans and photography for residential homes, and also photograph rooms for marketing purposes.

• Support marketing efforts on  and  by capturing 3‑D virtual tours and footprints.
• Create a portfolio of photographs to best feature homes and apartments, using photography techniques to capture the space in the most pleasing way possible.
• Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales associates, researchers, or management to evaluate priorities, initiatives and tasks.
• While not photographing a residential home, navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure commercial real‑estate data coverage and identify new inventory or missing availability.
• Abide by CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment.
• Represent CoStar professionally at all times.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing and walking for up to 8 hours per day. Must lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds. Repetitive hand and arm movements are needed to type on a tablet or laptop and operate camera equipment. Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying are required. Must work and drive outside during all seasons and on a rotating weekend schedule.

• At least 2 years of professional photography experience.
• Real‑estate photography experience required.
• Experience as a professional photographer or a recent degree in photography.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service experience with a client‑first mindset.
• Drone photography experience with an FAA Part 107 license/certification obtained within 30 days of offer.
• Strong time‑management skills and detailed orientation.
• Capability to accurately capture and enter data.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office and Internet applications, as well as Apple iOS products.
• Enjoys working independently in a fast‑paced environment; field experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record check.

The Associate Photographer is an hourly plus bonus‑eligible position, with monthly bonuses based on performance metrics. Base pay is $49,000–$50,000, plus commission, benefits and tuition reimbursement.
