ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a reliable and personable individual to handle outbound calls to clients, schedule appointments, and manage our calendar efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a professional phone manner. No prior experience is required — we welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including students and retirees.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Make outbound calls to clients to schedule, confirm, or reschedule appointments
  • Maintain and update appointment calendars accurately
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients over the phone
  • Handle client inquiries and provide information as needed
  • Coordinate with team members to avoid scheduling conflicts
  • Keep accurate records of calls and appointments
  • Provide friendly and courteous service to all clients
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Good verbal communication and listening skills
  • Experience with phone systems or customer service
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using scheduling software or calendars
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Professional and polite phone etiquette
