Customer Service Representative - Associate (Family Owned Call Center)

Brody Brothers Pest Control, a family owned company, is hiring several friendly, upbeat Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our onsite call center team in Owings Mills, MD. This is a full-time, in-office Customer Service Representative position for someone with a bubbly personality, a kind heart, and a genuine desire to help customers.

If you love talking to people, solving problems, and making customers feel taken care of, this Customer Service Representative role could be a great fit. Others who have succeeded in this role have a background in sales, teaching, hospitality, and customer service. It is a win‑win for our customers when they know that we have articulate customer service representatives who can not only communicate the answer to a question, but put it in terms that are easily understood by folks without formal training in entomology.

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently
• Explain services in a clear, easy‑to‑understand way
• Communicate with field technicians to ensure smooth service
• Help new customers get started with confidence

Some Customer Service Representatives may grow into advanced scheduling and technician routing roles if they enjoy technology and organization.

• Starting pay: $18 per hour
• 40 hours per week
• Monday‑Friday: 8:00 AM‑4:30 PM OR 9:00 AM‑5:30 PM
• Occasional Sundays during busy season (warm months)
