What You’ll Lead & Own
As the Firearms Service Manager, you will:
- Oversee all Gunsmithing and firearms service operations with full accountability for quality, compliance, and performance
- Monitor operational metrics and proactively drive improvements to meet and exceed service goals
- Serve as Beretta USA’s primary Customer Service Advocate—resolving high-level issues and representing the voice of the customer
- Build, design, and refine a service structure that supports national service demands
- Manage and maintain standards across outsourced service centers
- Ensure all internal and external service personnel are trained, certified, and equipped for excellence
- Develop and implement standardized processes that enhance efficiency and consistency
- Collaborate cross-functionally to advance product quality, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes
This is a hands‑on leadership role within a firearms service center, with responsibilities that include:
- Occasional travel (up to 25%) for training, demos, events, and service center visits
- Manual dexterity for inspection and repair
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Additional duties as assigned
- Strong leadership and decision‑making skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
- Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution
- High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
- Deep knowledge of firearms repair, tools, and service procedures
- Professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions
- Ability to train and communicate effectively using modern technologies
- High School Diploma required
- Master Gunsmith Certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a customer service, repair, or technical operations team (or equivalent combination of skills and experience)
