Brody Brothers Pest Control, a family owned company, is hiring several friendly, upbeat Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our onsite call center team in Owings Mills, MD

Our Customer Service Representatives are the friendly voice of our company. Customers rely on our CSRs to be patient, clear, and reassuring while guiding them through scheduling and service questions.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently
- Explain services in a clear, easy-to-understand way
- Communicate with field technicians to ensure smooth service
- Help new customers get started with confidence
- Some Customer Service Representatives may grow into advanced scheduling and technician routing roles if they enjoy technology and organization.
- Starting pay: $18 per hour
- 40 hours per week
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM OR 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
- No Saturdays - EVER! :
