Our Customer Service Representatives are the friendly voice of our company. Customers rely on our CSRs to be patient, clear, and reassuring while guiding them through scheduling and service questions.

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently
• Explain services in a clear, easy-to-understand way
• Communicate with field technicians to ensure smooth service
• Help new customers get started with confidence
• Some Customer Service Representatives may grow into advanced scheduling and technician routing roles if they enjoy technology and organization.

• Starting pay: $18 per hour
• 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM OR 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
