JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Provide parts recommendations including alternatives that meet customers’ needs.
Maintains inventory integrity by verifying receipting in of shipments and assisting with placing parts orders in their proper inventory locations; assisting in cycle counts; following up on inventory discrepancies and expediting issues by reporting to the Manager.
Provide effective solutions to customer needs in a timely manner via telephone, email, and other communication methods.
Serve as an internal resource for dealership employees to assist in providing customers with timely and accurate information.
Take responsibility to ensure customer interactions always result in an effective and timely solution.
Manage call center voicemails responding to and returning calls back to customer.
Manage individual returns and process them in a timely manner.
Participate in ongoing training to continually develop technical knowledge and skill sets.
Meet requirements for contact center metrics (# of calls, problem resolution, etc.)Other duties as assigned by Manager

Ability to problem solve by using all available resources (i.e., Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, DTAC/CCMS)
Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
Ability to be cross-trained.
Ability to use the dealer business system and other programs specific to the position.
Understands basic selling practices.
Basic parts and machinery knowledge.
Ability to successfully complete a preemployment background investigation and drug test Forklift certified (preferred)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS Primarily a desk job answering phone calls
Ability to lift at least 50-75 lbs.
EDUCATION High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year’s parts department and/or parts counter experience
