Position Overview

The Greeter creates a welcoming atmosphere for customers and clients when entering the facility.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and respond promptly to inquiries and problem resolution with a caring attitude, developing rapport with all guests.
  • Assist guests in the surface parking lots and help direct traffic.
  • Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and can‑do attitude.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.
Education
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Experience
  • Cash handling experience preferred but not required.
  • Parking industry experience preferred but not required.
Skills
  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English.
  • Must be able to make independent decisions and remain firm on decisions made.
Physical Demands
  • Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 10 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
