Weekly Hours42.50 hours (Mon-Fri)
Responsibilities- Provide direct backup and support for Account Managers and Sales Managers.
- Heavy telephone contact with agency buyers and clients.
- Direct contact with agency personnel and clients on all assigned accounts.
- Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills highly preferred.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, highly desired.
- Ability to work cooperatively with co-workers; must be a team player.
- Computer proficiency; ability to adapt quickly to new software programs.
- Willingly accepts direction.
