• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑oriented role, such as retail, food service, call center, telemarketing, etc.

• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, dynamic, team‑centric office environment

This role follows a set weekly schedule once the training period is complete. We’re looking for candidates who can reliably work Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 12p-9p and Sat 11a-8p after a 2‑week training period.

Standard Call Center Operating

Hours:

Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM;
Saturday 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM;
Sunday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

To set you up for success, all new Lead Generation Representatives must attend and complete a mandatory two‑week PAID training program before starting their regular working schedule. Starting July 13th, Monday‑Friday 8am‑5pm. These hours apply only during your first two weeks. After training is complete, you’ll transition into your standard work schedule based on call center operating hours.

Base pay starts at $18.75 per hour. Plus performance bonuses that can significantly increase your hourly earnings! Step progression raise after 12 months.
