As an Account Representative

- State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long‑lasting customer relations.
• Help our agency grow through customer acquisition and retention.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attendance.
• Ability to be part of a team‑focused environment and support meeting agency goals.
• Willingness and ability to learn, and to follow directions of team leaders.

• Complete two pre‑employment assessments about 30 minutes each.
• 5 years work experience.
• Self‑motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Able to produce results.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Experience managing client relationships.
• Able to effectively relate to a customer.
• Bilingual – Spanish preferred.
• Md State insurance licensing required.

• Over 30 years experience in the insurance and financial services business.
