As an Account Representative
- State Farm Agent Team Member for Wayne Shoemaker
- State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Promote successful and long‑lasting customer relations.
- Help our agency grow through customer acquisition and retention.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attendance.
- Ability to be part of a team‑focused environment and support meeting agency goals.
- Willingness and ability to learn, and to follow directions of team leaders.
- Complete two pre‑employment assessments about 30 minutes each.
- 5 years work experience.
- Self‑motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Able to produce results.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Experience managing client relationships.
- Able to effectively relate to a customer.
- Bilingual – Spanish preferred.
- Md State insurance licensing required.
- Over 30 years experience in the insurance and financial services business.
- 4.9 Google Review Star Rating.
- Community involvement.
