What You'll Do- Handle inbound and outbound calls for the Service Department
- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Follow up with customers on service needs and reminders
- Use CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions
- Maintain accurate records and notes
- Provide a friendly, professional customer experience on every call
- Assist with reports and daily administrative tasks
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
- Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Call center or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability (including evenings and weekends)
- High School Diploma or GED required
