The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is hiring a Part-Time Service Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our busy Service Department.

What You'll Do
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for the Service Department
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments
  • Follow up with customers on service needs and reminders
  • Use CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions
  • Maintain accurate records and notes
  • Provide a friendly, professional customer experience on every call
  • Assist with reports and daily administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
  • Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Flexible availability (including evenings and weekends)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
