In this role, you will deliver excellent service by resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
  • Assist customers with issues related to orders, returns, refunds, account settings, and product information.
  • De‑escalate customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Use internal tools to research and resolve customer problems in real time.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with Amazon’s customer service policies.
  • Document customer interactions in the system clearly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with team leads and managers to identify trends, share feedback, and improve service delivery.
Required Skills and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • A quiet, distraction‑free workspace (for remote roles).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, contact center, retail, or hospitality.
