Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Customer Service Representative to support daily operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role focuses on scheduling, customer communication, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls to schedule deliveries
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely follow-up
- Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to resolve issues
- Manage account information and update records in internal systems
- Support dispatch operations and monitor communication channels
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of customer service or administrative experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- High school diploma or equivalent
