Service Department Representative
You are stepping into a role that directly impacts the success of our service department every single day. Every call you take and every appointment you set contributes to our team's performance, our customer experience, and our long-term growth.
· Handling a high volume of inbound service calls
· Making 30+ outbound calls to fill the schedule
· Working closely with the service team to manage capacity
· Overcoming objections and asking for the appointment on every opportunity
