Account and Service Coordinator (JN - Hanover, Maryland
Salary: USD
20 - USD
24 per hour
Location:
Hanover, MD
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay:
Up to $24/hour based on experience
Work Environment: 100% Onsite
Ultimate Staffing is recruiting for an Service and Account Coordinator to support a busy department. This position is perfect for candidates with customer service or CSR experience who enjoy building relationships, coordinating schedules, and providing exceptional support.
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to schedule preventative maintenance and service appointments
- Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer service
- Take detailed and accurate messages for service team members
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments and service needs
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Manage scheduling, paperwork, billing, and account requests
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate internally with multiple departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Track projects, follow up on open items, and communicate updates to clients
- Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication and phone skills
- Professional demeanor and clear communication
- Previous account management, customer service, project coordination, or administrative experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to problem solve and follow through on customer requests
