Customer Service Rep

Location: Halethorpe

Supreme Service Today is seeking a dedicated full-time Customer Service Rep to join our team in Halethorpe, MD. As a well-established home service company trusted by the community since 2005, we rely on our customer service team to be the first point of contact for new and returning clients.

THE BASICSPay:
This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20 – $25 plus performance-based pay.

Schedule:

You will work 9 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Some flexibility for some weekends and nights may be needed as well.

Paid holidays YOUR DAY AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPIn this role, you will spend each day managing incoming calls from homeowners in need of prompt and reliable service. You will be responsible for understanding their needs and providing timely assistance. Your daily tasks will include scheduling appointments, organizing sales calls, and dispatching technicians to customer homes. You will coordinate between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication and meticulous attention to detail so that each job is completed to the highest standard.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP2+ years of customer service experience

Knowledge of Service Titan Software Platform strongly preferred

Capable and comfortable using technology

Strong communication skills with a pleasant phone demeanor

Ability to assist customers with scheduling and answering service questions

Ability to work with technicians to ensure satisfaction and job accuracy

Motivation to work independently and multitask

High attention to details

Bilingual abilities (a plus)
