Dental Hygienist

Pay range: $50‑65 per hour, negotiable by experience. Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. Compensation also includes an uncapped bi‑weekly production bonus and monthly office performance bonuses.

Continuing education:
Hygienists may seek reimbursement up to $250 per year after one year of employment. Company provides certification trainings such as CPR, Radiology, Nitrous Oxide, and others.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct dental care to patients, including scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants, fluoride application under general supervision of a dentist.
• Provide excellent customer service and offer same‑day care opportunities.
• Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction.
• Assess patient dental condition and review medical history.
• Adhere to all government regulations and company standards.
• Guide parents and patients through the treatment process.
• Assist with dental and perio charting, taking x‑rays and saving into patient charts as needed.
• Provide memorable patient experiences by showing compassion.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
• CPR (BLS) from ARC or AHA with hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
• Experience working with pediatric patients.
• Strong teamwork, mutual respect, and compliance with company standards.
