Premier Dental of Carlisle (PDC) seeks a compassionate Dentist to provide comprehensive general, cosmetic, and restorative care in our family-oriented Carlisle, PA practice. You'll diagnose, treatment plan, and perform a full range of procedures using modern technology in a supportive, patient-first environment. Partner with a close-knit clinical team, educate patients on long-term oral health, and build lasting relationships with individuals and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general, cosmetic, and restorative dental care to patients of all ages
• Conduct exams, diagnose conditions, and create personalized treatment plans
• Perform procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and preventive care
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and long-term care strategies
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to ensure seamless patient care
• Maintain accurate, detailed clinical records in the practice management/EHR system
• Uphold strict infection control and safety protocols in all clinical areas
• Stay current with continuing education and new dental technologies
• Contribute to a welcoming, patient-first environment that reflects PDC's values
• Build long-term relationships with patients and support community outreach when needed
