General Dentist - Bel Air, MD $50,000 Sign-On Bonus | Solo Dentist in Bel Air, MD | 2,000 Active Patients

You've spent 5+ years sharpening your clinical skills, building trust with patients, and mastering complex cases. Now it's time to practice in an environment that matches that experience - with the autonomy to treat, the technology to deliver, and the compensation to reflect it.

Allegiance Dental Associates is looking for a seasoned General Dentist ready to lead patient care in an established, thriving practice - not start from scratch.

Why Experienced Dentists Choose Allegiance
  • A $50,000 Sign-On Bonus. A meaningful investment in your move, on top of an earning potential built for high-producing, experienced clinicians.
  • Earn What Your Experience Is Worth. $200,000-$400,000+ annually, scaled to your production, clinical skill set, and treatment planning, with real upside for a dentist who already knows how to build a full schedule and case-accept confidently.
  • Full Clinical Autonomy, No Second-Guessing. As a Star Dental Partners-supported practice, business operations are handled for you. You bring the clinical expertise; we bring the systems, scheduling, and support that let you practice at full capacity without administrative drag.
  • Step Into an Established Practice, Not a Startup. A loyal, established patient base with consistent new-patient growth means you can hit the ground running and immediately apply your full skillset, restorative, cosmetic, or beyond, instead of spending years building demand.
  • Modern Tools for Advanced Care. Contemporary operatories, efficient workflows, and a strong clinical support team mean your years of skill-building translate directly into quality outcomes, not workarounds.
  • A Schedule That Respects Your Time. A healthy, sustainable schedule for a dentist who's already put in the years and wants balance without sacrificing production.
  • A Team That Matches Your Standards. Work with a close-knit, collaborative team and leadership that respects the clinical judgment you've spent years developing, no micromanaging, just support.
Professional Benefits
  • 100% Clinical Autonomy
  • Established Practice with Strong, Consistent Patient Flow
  • Complete Business and Operational Support
  • Career Growth Opportunities
  • Continuing Education Investment
  • Paid Malpractice Insurance
