This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Landscape Architect, located in Mount Airy, MD. Responsibilities include developing landscape planning and design concepts, preparing detailed planting plans, and collaborating with engineers and surveyors on projects. The role also involves creating innovative, sustainable landscaping solutions and overseeing projects to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to local regulations and standards.

• Proficiency in Landscape Planning, Landscaping, and Landscape Design practices
• Experience in Landscape Architecture with a focus on innovative and sustainable solutions
• Ability to develop detailed and precise Planting Plans
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and project teams
• Proficiency in industry‑standard design software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
• Knowledge of local and state landscaping regulations is a plus
