We are seeking a skilled and creative Landscape Designer/Estimator to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Mount Airy, MD. Daily responsibilities will include developing landscape designs, creating hardscape and planting plans, conducting site evaluations, and collaborating with clients to deliver customized solutions. The role will also involve preparing accurate cost estimates, providing consultations, and ensuring adherence to client specifications.

Qualifications- Proficiency in Landscape Design, Landscape Architecture, and developing customized landscaping solutions
- Experience in Hardscape design and installation
- Expertise in Planting Plans and Landscaping techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and abilities to use computer applications and other digital tools; landscape design software experience required; CAD and OST Software skills preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
- A bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in the landscaping industry is a significant advantage
