Landscape Architecture Intern
Dewberry, an award-winning multidisciplinary design firm, is currently seeking a Landscape Architecture Intern from August 2026 to December 2026 to work in our Baltimore, MD office supporting our landscape architecture team. Our clients include architecture firms, selected private developers, municipal governments, Fortune 500 companies and non-profit agencies.
A housing stipend may be provided to eligible candidates.

Responsibilities- Assist in completion of landscape design projects.
- Complete tasks and follow instruction provided by supervisor.
- Assist in drafting in collaboration with the team.
- Assist in preparing landscape architecture project plan sets.
- Make corrections to plans based on redlines provided.
- Participate and contribute to design discussions, idea generation, collaboration, and design work.
- Design and detailing in AutoCAD.
- Attend project and client meetings with design professionals.
- Interact with and be a representative of the company with clients and contractors.
- Assist with grant writing and resiliency projects.
- Working towards a master's degree in Landscape Architecture or Urban Planning.
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience using AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, ArcGIS, Lumion, Rhino and associated design software.
- Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Must be organized, self‑motivated, and meticulous with details.

Salary RangeSalary Range: $17.75 - $28.75
Program InformationSummer Intern Program
During the summer intern program, interns gain hands‑on project experience, develop technical skills, and put their classroom knowledge into action. Our interns are assigned meaningful work and are given the opportunity to work on projects similar to what they would be engaging with as a full‑time employee.
