Environmental Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop interior, exterior, and way finding signage (and everything in between!) that adheres to the project’s style, theme and aesthetic
• Complete signage and way finding programs to assist with vehicular and pedestrian traffic, including marked floor/location plans.
• Collaborate with architects and interior designers as needed
• Design unique and informative signage
• Decide appropriate materials and finishes for all designs
• Use new or improved materials in design to enhance performance and solve design challenges
• Ensure compliance with accessibility and safety standards (ADA guidelines)
• Research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices

• 3-5 years of professional design experience, with references
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CAD software, and Corel Draw
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent time management
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
• Strong understanding of construction terminology and fabrication processes
• Attention to detail and high-quality design execution
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Environmental Design, Industrial Design, or related field
