3D Custom Designer

We are seeking a 3D Custom Designer to develop compelling concepts and production-ready designs for custom environments. In this role, you will translate client goals, budgets, and timelines into thoughtful 2D graphics and 3D exhibit concepts that are functional, detail-oriented, and visually engaging. You will collaborate closely with clients, sales, project management, and fabrication to support projects such as trade show displays, permanent exhibits, and corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 2D graphic designs for permanent displays, trade show exhibits, and signage
• Develop 3D exhibit design concepts and renderings from initial concept through final design
• Prepare detailed specifications and design documentation to support fabrication of exhibit components
• Produce client-facing presentation materials and participate in design presentations as needed
• Communicate design concepts clearly and professionally to clients and internal stakeholders
• Maintain an organized Mac-based design workflow, including file organization, archiving, and software updates

This is a Permanent position based out of Windsor Mill, MD.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr. 1. PTO: typically prorates the first year, 1 week vacation time, 5 days sick time. Maxes out at 4 weeks, 5 six days. Benefits: 401k (5% matches at 1%) - healthcare, dental, vision contributes $300 a month towards 1/3
