A well-established health system located in the Eastern Shore region of Maryland is seeking a per diem, board-certified Critical Care/Pulmonary Physician to join its medical team. This position supports both inpatient and outpatient care, providing services to a close-knit community with access to coastal amenities.
Position Highlights - Critical Care/Pulmonology Competitive compensation structure with productivity incentives based on wRVU (aligned with MGMA standards)6-bed ICU7 AM-6 PM shifts
Bronchoscopy performed on-site
CME allowance
Medical license, DEA, and board certification reimbursement
Comprehensive malpractice insurance, including tail/reporting endorsement coverage

Accredited by The Joint Commission, the organization maintains additional accreditations in areas including breast imaging and vascular diagnostics.
