Family Medicine Physician
- Covering Cambridge & Federalsburg Locations

Provide patient care as a full time BE/BC Family Medicine Physician with our established Primary Care team. Join Choptank Community Health System’s (CCHS) mission-driven team providing access to exceptional, comprehensive, and integrated health care for all. We are proud of our consistent top quartile quality measured rankings across Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) and patient experience survey ratings that stay over 90%.

To help with patient care and improve quality outcomes, we have Nurse Care Coordinators, Triage Nurses, Community Health Workers, interpreters, and an integrated Behavioral Health program on site. We are 100% outpatient, offer flexible four- or five-day workweeks with no weekends, and have on-call by phone less than two weeks per quarter. This is an exempt, full-time position in pay grade 12 with the pay range of $ - $.

The Family Medicine Physician reports directly to the Chief Clinical Office.
