Youll practice as part of an established Hospital Medicine team at a comprehensive acute care hospital with access to a wide range of medical, surgical, diagnostic, and specialty services. The collaborative environment and extensive hospital resources provide strong support for managing a diverse inpatient population.

Luminis Health Doctors Community Medical Center is a 200-bed acute care hospital serving Lanham and the surrounding community. The hospital offers comprehensive medical and surgical services, including diagnostic imaging, orthopedic care, thoracic surgery, vascular health, rehabilitation, and surgical services.

• Estimated base pay range: $119/hour to $168/hour
• $100,000 equity ownership opportunity after 3 years (full-time)
