Capitol Cardiology Associates is seeking a dedicated cardiologist to join their leading cardiovascular practice in Maryland, offering a collaborative, physician-led environment with ASC procedures and hospital rounding. Providers will work across six convenient locations, supported by dedicated clinical staff, advanced patient care technology, and an experienced administrative team. - Physician-led, independent group practice environment with ASC procedures and hospital rounding
- Join a family-like, well-established, and high-performing cardiology practice with an experienced administrative team with decades of community tenure
- Dedicated clinical staff assigned to each physician
- Access advanced patient care technology through cutting-edge, hospital-grade imaging, diagnostic tools, and technology to support advanced cardiovascular care
- Shared services in HR, marketing, compliance, IT, and payor negotiations
- Six convenient locations in Prince George's County:
Bowie, Camp Springs, Hyattsville, Lanham, Largo, and Laurel - Ownership and leadership tracks available
- Ability to be voted into and participate in USHP's Regional and National Clinical Governance Boards - influencing business decisions and policies locally and nationwide
Compensation
- Compensation Range: $425K - $450K
- Market-competitive base compensation with a three-year salary guarantee
- Additional compensation based on productivity
- $50,000 Sign On Bonus

Shift & Schedule
- Full Time;

Requirements
- MD or DO Board Eligible or Board Certified
