7 Month Initial Contract

Pay: $40-58/hr + benefits offered!!

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced operational marketing automation consultant to assist in various activities related to Email Marketing Campaigns, Personalization Campaigns, and A/B Testing using Adobe Marketo. The consultant will be responsible for tasks such as:

• Creating and optimizing landing pages and forms
• Building and executing conceptualized personalization campaigns
• Designing and executing A/B tests for existing campaigns
• Setting up and executing drip/nurture campaigns with complex logic
• Audience segmentation to drive targeted communications
• Creating lead scoring rules to improve conversions
• Enhancing data hygiene to optimize database health and delivery rates
• Enriching data for better audience insights and engagement
• Supporting database optimization efforts, including building normalization campaigns, segmentation, data enrichment, deliverability campaigns, and overall database clean-up
• Ensuring marketing forms are compliant and optimized
• Managing marcom projects within Wrike for project management

Experience:

• Marketo Certified Expert
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing automation with strong administrative expertise in Marketo and Salesforce
• Experience working within a matrix organization, with prior agency experience being a plus
• Strong understanding of database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution
• Expertise in lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, personalization, and other lead/customer management practices
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS
• In-depth knowledge of compliance regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM)
