Job Description:

The Richard J. Bolte, Sr. School of Business at Mount St. Mary's University invites applications for part-time Adjunct Faculty for various business positions beginning Spring 2026 and ongoing.

The Richard J. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Teach assigned courses in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Marketing.

* Deliver engaging instruction and maintain high academic standards.

* Provide timely feedback and academic support to students.

* Adhere to course outcomes and assessment standards established by the Bolte School of Business.

Job Requirements:

Education,

Experience and Skills:

Required

* Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Marketing (or a related field), OR a Ph.D. in one of these areas.

* Demonstrated commitment to teaching excellence.

Preferred

* Prior university-level teaching experience.

* Professional or industry experience in the field.

* Evidence of scholarly engagement and professional development.

Salary

Compensation is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
