We are looking for a qualified and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our school. You will be responsible for the development and growth of young students.
You will be teaching young children to develop their social skills in addition to teaching them basic education. You will plan and develop activities for our preschool programs. In addition to this, you will be working with the children to make these extracurricular activities a success. You will be instructing them in activities to promote physical, social and intellectual growth.
You will be actually preparing the children for Kindergarten and primary school. Remember that you are responsible for their well-being and pre-school education. As a preschool teacher, you must have a very loving attitude towards small children and you should be patient enough to handle them.

Responsibilities- Create a curriculum suitable for preschool children and get it approved by higher management.
- Involve the children in different learning activities such as storytelling, role plays, numbers and letters recognition, etc.
- Look after the children’s basic needs like feeding, and nap times.
- Monitor the children attentively and make sure they remain safe.
- Observe the behavior of children and help them improve it by building self-confidence and teaching social values.
- Help the children socialize with peers and encourage them to resolve small arguments by themselves.
- Teach the children the importance of cleanliness and good manners.
- Observe the children’s capabilities and help them strengthen their core skills.
- Manage and update the progress of children and create reports for parents.
- Collaborate with the parents and communicate with them regularly regarding children’s performance.
- Keep the classrooms clean as per the health safety standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field.
- Child Development Association (CDA) Certification is mandatory.
- Familiar with the preschool education system.
- Knowledge of classroom safety guidelines.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Friendly and loving attitude.
- Excellent problem solving abilities.
- A keen eye on detail.
