This contract opportunity offers the chance to serve in-person as a school psychologist, collaborating closely with a dynamic Department of Student Services for the upcoming academic year.
As a valued member of the educational community, you'll play an essential part in providing comprehensive psychological services, helping to shape safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments.

Qualifications:
- Valid Maryland School Psychology License required
- Previous experience working as a school psychologist in a K-12 educational setting preferred
- Solid understanding of implementing evidence-based interventions and assessments
- Excellent communication, rapport-building, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with students, faculty, parents, and support staff
- Full-time, in-person role beginning August 10, 2026, through June 17, 2027
- Conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and participate in eligibility meetings in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and guidance for students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges
- Support implementation of Individualized Education Program (IEP) and 504 recommendations
- Work collaboratively to promote mental health awareness and positive behavioral supports within the school community
- Assist with staff consultations, parent outreach, and coordination of student services
