Position Title

Adjunct Faculty – School of Business (Part‑time)

The Richard J. Bolte, Sr. School of Business at Mount St. Mary’s University invites applications for part‑time Adjunct Faculty positions beginning Spring
2026 and ongoing.

• Teach assigned courses in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Marketing.
• Deliver engaging instruction and maintain high academic standards.
• Provide timely feedback and academic support to students.
• Adhere to course outcomes and assessment standards established by the Bolte School of Business.

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Marketing (or related field) or a Ph.D. in one of these areas.
• Demonstrated commitment to teaching excellence.
• Preferred:
  Prior university‑level teaching experience.
• Professional or industry experience in the field.
• Evidence of scholarly engagement and professional development.

Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
