Shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and could support classrooms including infants

As a Lead Teacher, you will develop and implement age‑appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and document your student's progress.

• Help lead innovative learning activities that promote children’s development and growth
• Ensure the safety and well‑being of children at all times
• Monitor children’s progress and development

• High school Diploma
• MSDE School Age clock hour certification
• Classroom experience working with children in a classroom setting, often through student teaching or internships
• Classroom management skills including proficiency in managing classroom behavior, creating a positive learning environment, and implementing discipline strategies
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required
• The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role
