As a Kids STEM and Coding Assistant, you’ll play a key role in creating an engaging and supportive environment for our students. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Training Learn and master our curriculum to guide students effectively.
• Student Engagement Work with children (ages 5-14) to assess their skill levels and help them grow.
• Parent Communication Provide quick and thoughtful feedback to parents after sessions.
• Maintain Standards Follow opening/closing procedures and ensure the dojo is clean and meets corporate standards.
• Collaboration Report weekly to the Center Director on student progress and daily to the Center Manager about activities and productivity.

We’re searching for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with kids. While some coding experience is preferred, it’s not required—we’ll provide curriculum training! Here are the qualities and qualifications we’re looking for:

• Experience working with children (ages 5-14) in teaching, mentoring, or childcare roles.
• A background in working with the general public.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Quick learner with the ability to pick up basic coding concepts.
• A fun, energetic personality and adaptability to changing requirements.
