• Masters degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP)
• Valid Maryland SLP license (required before starting)
• Previous experience working in Maryland schools preferred
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Comfortable working with K-12 populations and supporting diverse student needs

• Provide direct speech‑language therapy to K‑12 students in individual and group settings
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education program (IEP) goals, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students communication goals
• Maintain thorough documentation, progress notes, and required reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative school culture centered on helping every student succeed
