• Hold a bachelor's degree in early childhood education, Elementary Education, Psychology or a related field.
• Have previous experience working with young children, preferably in a classroom setting.
• Demonstrate a passion for teaching and a deep understanding of child development.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
