Preschool Teacher's Assistant

We are currently seeking a dedicated and nurturing Preschool Teacher's Assistant to join our team! This individual will support the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities and provide a safe, engaging environment for children.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Minimum 1 year of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare facility or 30 college credits
45-hour certifications in:

Child Growth and Development
Preschool Curriculum
Infant-Toddler

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of child development stages (social, emotional, intellectual)
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and engage in physical activities (bend, squat, dance, run, etc.)
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
