- Experience working with students and teachers on academic standards
- Experience supporting students with proficiency assessments
- Valid State of Ohio Educational Aide Permit with ESEA Credential
- Knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Basic math skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain discipline and manage behavioral challenges calmly
- Ability to assist students with a range of physical and intellectual needs
- Accurate recordkeeping and report preparation
- Ability to lift boxes, bend, stoop, and reach as needed
Provide support in special education classrooms, assisting teachers and helping students with academic, behavioral, and physical needs.

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ohio Educational Aide Permit with ESEA Credential
- 1–2 years’ experience in a paraprofessional role preferred
- Knowledge of grammar, spelling, basic math, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to assist students with physical and intellectual needs
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds, bend, stoop, and move around
Support students and teachers in classrooms and libraries, helping with academics, behavior, and learning resources.
